There are two ways to submit your feedback:

1. Send us an email by November 16, 2018 to wd.engage-mobilisation.deo@canada.ca with the following information in the body of the email.

   • Your Name and Organization:
   • Sector: (business, industry, academia, Indigenous organization, community, government, other (please specify))
   • Number of Participants:

Technical Requirements:

• File size cannot exceed 8 MB
• Acceptable formats: Email, Microsoft Word, PDF, Jpeg, MP4 (video), MP3 (audio)

2. Mail your feedback before November 9, 2018 to:
